Thanks to Xeni Jardin for posting this on Boing Boing, now I am craving not only a Möbius bagel but all sorts of non-Euclidean pastries. A Mandelbrot croissant, perhaps? If, according to the artist and mathematician responsible, George Hart, you get slightly more surface area out of a Möbius cut, imagine what a bit of baked dough with a surface of fractal dimension would yield. Nom!
