Three EUCD changes that may threaten the internet

I am glad to see some new analysis from Glyn Moody, even if it is of a possible threat from a few changes to the EU’s Copyright Directive. Worth reading to understand likely opportunities for copyfighters as well as his analysis of what these changes say about the state of innovation, or lack thereof, in the content industry.

What the so-called “value gap” is really about here is the long-standing innovation gap among recording companies, and their refusal to adapt to a changing world.
