I am deeply skeptical that innovation is well matched to the public interest. Efficiency, which the article conflates with good business practice, isn’t necessarily served or at least exclusively served by innovation. One the the three initiatives mentioned for Kushner right off the bat really feeds my concern–if meaningful broadband access were a problem addressable by innovation, it would be solved by now.
