Dead Phone Speaker Posted onJune 10, 2015AuthorThomas Gideon7 Comments Speaker on my Nexus 5 is caput. Why can’t I have a phone that lasts more than a year?

+Jake RobertsI get that but the price of this phone, most of the rest I want, doesn’t jibe with the disposable nature. I am not on a carrier that subsidizes, either, by choice. Reply
Hi Thomas. What’s going on with the speaker on your phone? Give us some details and we’ll see if we could help. Reply
Let me look at iFixit, see if I want to bother with trying to open it and fix it myself. If so, yeah, might take you up on the offer. Reply
