In this week’s news, Mozilla and Epic port Unreal 3 engine to the browser, an interview with Alan Kay, Mozilla introduces an open API for mobile and web payments, and the hacker lifecycle.

Following up this week, CISPA debate occurred behind closed doors and Project Gutenberg surpasses 25,000 book milestone.
