This week’s security alerts are Nissan Leaf leaks speed, position and destination and software deduces location from tweets even when it isn’t specified or is explicitly set to a misleading value.

In this week’s news, considering whether we still need FSF, GNU and GPL, the efficiency of nano-magnetic computers, figuring out if we are in a golden age of hacking or not, and using AR to share application state between computers and mobile devices.

Following up this week a list of sites fighting domain seizures and an add on to undo Google’s instant results anti-piracy censorship.
