Tell the FCC to Close Infringment Loophole in Net Neutrality Rules

Getting enforceable rules for network neutrality right is going to be hard enough without complicating the issues so early on with exceptions for lobbying interests, in this case big content. EFF has a new site and project to call attention to this troubling limit to the FCC rules as they currently stand. We already have means for dealing with online infringement and it makes far better sense to adjust or improve those orthogonally to trying to institute some version of open-ness that will preserve opportunities for innovation made possible by the internet.
