- Google’s Blockly puts visual programming in the browser, The H Open Source was one of several places to remark on a new Google project that seems remarkably like Scratch and App Inventor, the latter of which Google jettisoned recently in its great slimming down of their Labs projects. One compelling difference that might overcome the sting of such similar past efforts from the search giant is that this visual programming language is browser based, arguably making it the most accessible pedagogical tool of its kind.
