Over at O’Reilly Radar, Andy Oram has posted a thoughtful write up on international discussions and normalization over copyright in the past and how this leads into the current worries over ACTA. This is a nice complement to Glyn Moody’s recent discussion of the ratchet racket powered by these same discussions.
