I mentioned the nomination a while ago on the podcast. For those that listened to the last show, I also shared that I won the category for which I was nominated. As I’ve said, it was honor just to be considered alongside such great shows as Technorama, Typical Mac User and Astronomy Cast let alone to win. As I understand it from a friend on the steering committee, it was a close victory. Given the great contenders, I totally believe it.
Congratulations to all my fellow winners and to everyone who was nominated. It was an amazing event at Dragon*Con, very well put together and very well run. I look forward very much to next year’s Parsecs, whether I am nominated or not. This is definitely one of the highlights of the podcasting community.
